This program will rotate through the stages of power, strength, and endurance. All while continuing to expand on our agility training. Your athlete's progression will be gained through the use of light weight and resistance training.
If you're looking for more skill development in your respective sport, we've got you covered. Incorporating sport specific drills into our speed & agility sessions is what we do best!
With the 12 session training program you will receive:
-12 training sessions (1per week) **(Attending additional sessions is optional and your credits will be counted towards those sessions)
-Continuous evaluation on proper body mechanics
-Extensive training towards creating a faster athlete
-And developing sport specific skills
Understanding that athletes tend to take family time off during the holidays and tournaments. That's ok! Athletes have the option of joining in on other available sessions. Packages expire 6 months after purchase.
